Beautiful jewelries, charming design, I know Marako for more then 8 years. I saw their jewelries in a boutique in Sorrento and then I searched for them online. Each time I was impressed by their collections. They are also very nice , they answer quickly and politely.

This is one of the first time ever I had such a great service from a costumer service online. I had some trouble with creating an account from two different emails, and using a promo code, etc. In less then 24h the costumer service helped me in deleting one order, sending me directly a payment link with the applied discount code I wasn't able to use, and solving every other problems with my accounts. They have been kind, super fast and really usefull. From an Italian abroad, I must say I can really see the Italian print.
I would rate 10 stars, not just 5 🤣
