RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We care about your total satisfaction, we want you to be fully aware of the excellence of the product you have chosen. If for any reason, even in the absence of defects, you are not completely satisfied with what you received, contact us immediately, we will proceed with the solution you prefer, including the return of the item with total refund of the price of the jewel.
RIGHT TO CANCEL / MODIFY THE ORDER
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it is necessary to do it before receiving the confirmation of shipment. To cancel or modify your order, you can call the number: (+39) 0309141454 . The necessary data will be requested to uniquely identify the order: reference number, first name, surname, order date. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance of your request for cancellation / modification of the order and all informations regarding the refund of what may have already been paid.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the sales contract in the following ways:
Contact customer service before proceeding with the return.
The request must be sent to Marakò S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the products.
Marakò Srl will provide the refund within 10 days of receipt of the returned product, which must be returned, at the expense of the customer , to the following address: Marakò S.r.l., via Roma 85, 25015, Desenzano del Garda (BS) - Italy.
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
In case of manufacturing defects (see also "Marakò guarantee" page) replacement of the product is guaranteed. It is necessary to contact customer service promptly upon receipt of the order and no later than 14 days, specifying order/invoice number, name, surname and date of the order. You will be requested to attach one or more photos identifying the defect. All details are described in the "Returns" section.
The shipping costs to make the return remain at the expense of Marakò S.r.l. in case of manufacturing defects on the product.
To proceed with the return, it is essential that the conditions for the refund or replacement of the item are respected, in particular that the jewel is returned exactly in the condition in which it was received: it must never have been used, it must not be damaged or dirty .
All returned orders will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouses in order to assess the integrity of the goods and to be able to start the process of acceptance of the return and subsequent refund or replacement of the product.
In case you want to replace the item or make a return with refund, before proceeding with the return of the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are respected.
must be returned only after contacting customer support - writing to email@example.com or calling (+39) 030/9141454 - and following the instructions for the easy procedure.
must never have been used, damaged or dirty;
All returned goods are carefully checked and if the conditions of the product will be deemed different from the original ones, the return will not be accepted;
must be returned in the original packaging and properly packed; insert any gift or voucher received with the order;
must be received by Marakò S.r.l., Via Roma 85, Desenzano Del Garda (BS), 25015 - Italy, within 20 working days from the date of shipment. The shipment must be notified by e-mail with the indication of the date, the service used (postal service / express courier) and the waybill number.
If the conditions are met, the item will be replaced or the amount paid will be refunded, except for shipping costs. (In case of manufacturing defects everything will be paid by the company).
Refunds and replacements are made approximately within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods, by bank transfer to the account used for the order. The time of viewing the amount on your account will depend on the bank timing.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
It is necessary to contact the customer service only and exclusively at (030/9141454 for assistance) specifying whether it is a refund or replacement request, order number, first name, surname and sending one or more photos identifying the possible defect. The request must be completed by email, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to maintain traceability of each communication and process. For this reason we cannot consider requests received through other channels.
